Please join us for a WebEx* presentation: LUCA Promotional Workshop

Topic:  The 2020 Local Update of Census Addresses (LUCA), a promotional workshop

Speakers:
Craig Best or Linda Gray, Geographers, US Census Bureau

Details:

The 2020 Census is fast approaching, and the first Geographic Partnership opportunity that the Census Bureau offers to local governments is the Local Update of Census Addresses (LUCA) operation.  LUCA is an opportunity for tribal, state, county, and local governments to compare their address list with the Census Bureau’s Master Address File (MAF) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Census address list that will be used in 2020 Census operations.  This 40 minute presentation will introduce and explain the program, define participation methods, and give a brief overview of the LUCA operation.  A question and answer period will follow.
You must select a session and register on-line to attend. You only need to select one workshop. If registration is full, please select an alternate session.
